"If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. Consistently one of the best places I’ve eaten at in Madrid. Food, service and ambience are phenomenal. Is it worth the hype? 100000% yes. Run, don’t walk to go there."

"Good experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The space is trendy with an open kitchen, but sometimes some smells can get to your table. The food is good but not extraordinary. Some dishes were a bit salty for me like the Roasted Eggplant and the Sweet Potato Cavatelli. Maybe due to the cheese mix."

"Such a singular, spectacular place. The food was simply impeccable; well executed, focused and absolutely delicious. It’s impossible to name a favourite dish - but the eggplant and mussels were definite highlights. The space too, is beautiful. The ambience and interior feel both cozy yet refined, and the open kitchen concept keeps the dynamic between the diners and chefs very connected. The real standout however, was the service. The staff were warm and attentive, providing solid recommendations for wine, dishes to pair with, and always ensuring we were well taken care of. The entire experience was truly special and I know this meal will stay with me for a long time. Thanks so much to the Olea team."

"Sometimes you find a restaurant you like so much that you go back again on the same trip — that was Olea for us. We were visiting our daughter, who’s studying abroad in Madrid, and what a great find this place was. The setting is simple but pristine, with a cool Brooklyn vibe. The open kitchen adds a fun touch, letting you watch the chefs in action. All the ingredients were super fresh and flavorful. Portions were generous, and we shared everything among the three of us. Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The standout dishes were the tomatoes, gambas, and chocolate mousse — all outstanding. A week later, my wife and I went back to try some of the pastas we’d missed the first time — equally delicious. Highly recommend Olea for a delicious meal in a relaxed, modern setting."

"Hands down the best service in Madrid! The food is incredible, and the staff are unbelievably friendly. They speak both languages, welcomed us warmly, and even shared their music list while chatting about where we’re all from. The vibrant atmosphere made us feel right at home. This is definitely my go-to restaurant from now on. Highly recommend!"

"amazing!!!! everything about this place was perfect. we ordered three starters and two mains between four people and it was the perfect amount of food. the shrimps were so so good, and the beets with labneh were so fresh. the flan for dessert was the best i’ve had. the service was also perfect, they’re all very nice. what i liked the most is that they don’t rush you at all, the dishes take their time in coming and it is such a pleasant experience."

"Wonderful experience at Olea !! The service is incredible, special shout-out to Camila who was so incredibly accommodating throughout Food came at a great pace & each dish was a stand out. We had the mussels, prawns, eggplant dish, perfect for dipping the bread into, along with a spinach pasta!! The flavours are well balanced & each dish offers something unique! We ended everything off with the chocolate mouse (shared a portion between the 4 of us ), and it was filling and so yum~ Had a natural wine to pair with the meal & it was light and fruity Will definitely be back to try their seasonal menu !!"
